The company has\u00a0received <a href=\"http:\/\/gas2.org\/2009\/09\/23\/fisker-gets-a-half-billion-dollar-stimulus-loan-from-government\/\" >hundreds of\u00a0millions in government funding<\/a>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/gas2.org\/2009\/10\/28\/foot-in-mouth-disease-reigns-biden-reveals-fiskers-future-business-plans\/\" >recently acquired an old GM plant in Delaware<\/a> which they are retooling to produce their Karma plug-in sedan and an as-of-yet unnamed, &#8220;lower cost&#8221; sedan.<\/p>\n<p>During a recent presentation at the New Castle Chamber of Commerce, Fisker spoke about the progress of the plant and their future plans.
