All eight pivots are ground in one work sequence. The machine is equipped with a handling system which delivers the universal joints from the bulk material in sets of four for the fully automatic grinding process. In a first step, the pivots are simultaneously ground in pairs and transported from the machine to a post-process measuring station by means of workpiece transport.
