Barbara Boxer (D-CA).<\/p>\n<p><a  rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.politico.com\/blogs\/bensmith\/0310\/Demon_Sheep_sequel_Boxer_Blimp.html?showall\">Ben Smith<\/a> notes the ad, titled &#8220;<a  rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/politicalwire.com\/archives\/2010\/03\/14\/another_strange_ad_from_fiorina.html\">Hot Air<\/a>,&#8221; describes Fiorina as &#8220;a&nbsp;5-foot-6-inch fireball&#8221; and attacks  Boxer&#8217;s record with special ferocity, saying she &#8220;spent 18 years in the  Senate and only passed three tiny bills.&#8221;<br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/feeds.feedburner.com\/~r\/PoliticalWire\/~4\/kjRiQyXs8dE\" height=\"1\" width=\"1\"\/>             <\/p>\n<p><a  rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/PoliticalWire\/~3\/j-_zEfTlX7o\/obama_losing_chance_to_reshape_judiciary.html\" >Obama Losing Chance to Reshape Judiciary             <\/a><br \/>&#8220;An early chance for the Obama administration to reshape the nation&#8217;s judiciary &#8212; and counter gains made in the federal courts by conservatives &#8212; appears close to slipping away, due to a combination of White House inattention and Republican opposition,&#8221; the <a  rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/news\/la-na-obama-judges15-2010mar15,0,4289641.story?track=ntothtml\">Los Angeles Times<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;During President Obama&#8217;s first year, judicial nominations trickled out of the White House at a far slower pace than in President George W. Bush&#8217;s first year. Bush announced 11 nominees for federal appeals courts in the fourth month of his tenure.
