SS&C Technologies Holdings<\/a>, a Windsor, CT-based financial services software provider, has set price range for its initial public offering of 10.725 million shares at between $13 and $15 a share, according to an amended SEC filing<\/a>. The offering, whose total projected value is between $139.4 million and $160.9 million, includes 8.225 million shares to be sold by SS&C and 2.50 million shares to be sold by certain stockholders. SS&C has applied to list its stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker SSNC.<\/p>\n
