The company is also building a nacelle plant in Kansas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greenenergyreporter.com\/2009\/06\/siemens-counting-on-green-energy-to-boost-bottom-line-expects-21bn-in-new-mostly-clean-tech-orders\/\" >Over the next two years (2009-2012) Siemens expects to land $21 billion in new orders<\/a> globally, government stimulus spending will generate the bulk of the new revenues.<\/p>\n<p>Last year Suzlon took a beating over ongoing reports of flawed turbines, mostly operating on U.S. wind farms.<\/p>\n<p>In December Suzlon\u2019s U.S. subsidiary hired Chicago-based investment bank <a href=\"http:\/\/greenenergyreporter.com\/2009\/12\/suzlon-to-meet-with-rating-agencies-to-restablish-capital-market-creds\/\" >Marathon Capital to improve its profile<\/a> with the capital markets community.
