We roasted a beautiful leg of lamb at Christmas and made the Brit relatives very happy by having mint jelly for them, but what else can I do with it? We don&#8217;t eat a ton of meat but I would guess it would go well with things like ham or pork chops. <\/p>\n<p>Any other suggestions?
