(They looked for all the world like two joyous kids whose school has been canceled due to snow, we think.)<\/p>\n<p>The cubs were born last November at the zoo, which is Russia&#8217;s second largest (behind the Moscow Zoo).<\/p>\n<p>Twins like these cubs <a href=\"http:\/\/www.polarbearsinternational.org\/polar-bears\/faq#q10\">are common among polar bears<\/a> (even the Berlin Zoo&#8217;s famously cute polar bear, Knut, <a href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/unleashed\/2009\/07\/zoo-custody-dispute-over-knut-the-polar-bear-ends-hell-remain-in-berlin.html\">had a twin<\/a>, although it didn&#8217;t survive to adulthood).
