Scott Chew of the Los Angeles County Sheriff&#39;s Department&#39;s Malibu-Lost Hills station.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We don&#39;t have a suspect description at the moment, just that it was possibly a white car that got away,&quot; Chew said.<\/p>\n<p>[<strong>Updated at 1:10 p.m.:<\/strong> Pacific Coast Highway was reopened in both directions shortly after noon.
