In 2007,<br \/>\na foster child drowned while swimming unsupervised in a pool.<br \/><\/br><br \/>\n<br \/><\/br><br \/>\nSouth Los Angeles residents Kiana Barker, 30, and her boyfriend, James<br \/>\nJulian, 38 were arrested last week on suspicion of murder in connection<br \/>\nwith Viola&#8217;s death, according to Los Angeles police records. They were<br \/>\nreleased two days later, with no charges filed.
