This solar parking lot can power a hundred of Sanyo\u2019s Eneloop bikes at a time. This parking lot is completely disconnected from the city\u2019s grid. It uses only solar energy for all its energy requirements: charging the bikes; and supplying energy to other equipment which is required for running this operation such as LED lights. <\/p>\n<p>This concept can be an inspiration for other bicycle friendly cities which have the hybrid electric \u2018Eneloop\u2019.
