Somehow with penalties and taxes it had risen to $202.35. For his part, the owner can&#8217;t figure out what&#8217;s going because he says he&#8217;s never owed any taxes or gotten any late-payment fees.<\/p>\n<p>The IRS refused to comment, citing, &#8220;privacy and disclosure laws.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ah yes, the ol&#8217; 4-cent car wash tax haven scam.
