Dourdan, who played Warrick Brown on <em>CSI<\/em> before leaving the series in 2008, was found scratched and bruised by responding officers. <\/p>\n<p>Alamo was taken into police custody and allegedly booked on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. She was later released on bail. <\/p>\n<p>Dourdan became\ufeff the center of a real life crime investigation after being caught with heroin, cocaine, and ecstasy in 2007.<\/p>\n<p>(Not sure what went on here, but it sounds like Gary did the right thing by not hitting this woman back.
