The skyscraper deals with both environmental and social issues with the living units starting from a modular system scaled from the standard OSB plate.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/03\/17\/portability-housing_2_d2cKZ_69.jpg\" alt=\"portability housing_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The mobile living units are composed of a steel frame structure, vertical walls and floor in OSB with thermo-acoustic insulation. The tower, where the mobile units are placed is designed as an empty metallic structure equipped with rails on each floor. Each floor can carry a maximum of six independent units, which can be inserted or removed without interfering with the neighbors.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/03\/17\/portability-housing_3_yYPJj_69.jpg\" alt=\"portability housing_3\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The individual units come with windows in tempered glass, green roofs and walls and can be aligned according to the need.
