But there&#8217;s one semi-surprise:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Six in ten Americans (60%) agree that a current Democrat proposal to send the Senate health care bill to the president without voting up or down on it is \u201cunfair.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>That would be the &#8220;deem and pass&#8221; solution Democrats have floated, which Republicans are portraying as an unconstitutional game-ender.
