solar panel?<\/p>\n<p>Nope.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a bunch of mirrors that focus sunlight on a steam engine, creating a beam so hot it could melt steel.<\/p>\n<p>IdeaLab CEO Bill Gross, who built the
