Click for the Times' Homicide Report interactive map and database.\"><\/img><\/a> Police in Bell Gardens looked Thursday for a man who walked up to another man on the street and fatally shot him in what investigators described as a gang-related act of violence. <\/p>\n<p>\nThree men were drinking alcohol on the<a href=\"http:\/\/projects.latimes.com\/homicide\/search\/?address=6800+Ira+Avenue\"> 6800 block of Ira Avenue <\/a>about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday when the unidentified suspect walked up and shot one of them in the torso, said Lt.
