Steve Cohen was commemorating Alex Chilton on the House floor. So I called Cohen&#8217;s office for the text of his remarks. Before I received them, though, Alex Pareene <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/pareene\/status\/10676138225\">tweeted<\/a> that there was video floating around, thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/benjamin_oc\/statuses\/10677002192\">an alert CSPAN producer<\/a>, and then young Dylan Matthews <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/dylanmatt\/statuses\/10677178174\">squared the circle<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rest in peace, Alex.
