Backstage offers a general range of support that is aimed towards those who aren&#8217;t familiar with procedures such as PC orientation and customization, memory\/external hardware installation, data migration\/recovery, etc. Sony Japan has <a href=\"http:\/\/translate.google.com\/translate?langpair=auto%7cen&amp;u=http%3A%2F%2Fpc.watch.impress.co.jp%2Fdocs%2Fcolumn%2Fgyokai%2F20100315_354794.html\">recently launched their version of Backstage<\/a>, which is very similar to the American version except it offers support for more products.
