But as Congress prepares to vote on the huge and hugely controversial health care reform bill tonight, it&#8217;s a good time to familiarize yourself with what the proposed bill does<\/a>&#8211;no matter what your opinion of it might be.<\/p>\n<p>There are ways to do that to suit every citizen and every attention span.
