Robin &#8212; an heir to the Goldsmith dynasty &#8212; was found dead in an East London apartment nearly three months ago. <\/p>\n<p>The English musician was taken into custody after police saw a footage Whitehead had filmed at an apartment in Homerton, East London. It showed Doherty, 31, Whitehead, and others using heroin and crack allegedly provided by the Babyshambles star. Pete left for his Wiltshire home leaving behind a stash of drugs, before Whitehead died. However, Doherty insists he is innocent.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPete\u2019s adamant he played no part in Robin\u2019s death.
