According to court papers obtained by TMZ, Janine believes Sandra will divorce Jesse over the cheating claims. Lindemulder&#8217;s past includes an arrest for attacking her ex-husband and a conviction for tax evasion. Not surprisingly, James was awarded custody in their divorce while Lindemulder was serving time in prison.
