Amdocs says the acquisiton will bulk up its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openmarket.com\/about-us\/about-amdocs.html\" title=\"Open Market\">Open Market<\/a> business, which calls itself the &#8220;largest mobile transaction hub&#8221; in the U.S and provides services like SMS advertising and content delivery to phones.
