These fans have been designed to reduce maintenance cost of equipments used in oil mist environment like in factory automation. These fans enhance the product lineup of WF oil proof fans and endurance fans.<\/p>\n

• Size: 5 frame sizes available (40, 60, 80, 92 and 120 mm square) in various thickness (15, 20, 25, 32 and 38 mm)
\n• High static pressure (from 58 to 200 Pa) and large air flow (0.195 to 3.34 m3\/min – 69 to 118 CFM)
\n• Speed code: S and H
\n• Rated voltage: 24 VDC
\n• Pulse sensor for rotation speed feedback and lock sensor for stop detection (in option)
\n• Expected life time: 40000 hours (at 60\u00b0C with survival rate of 90%)

Product Features
\n1) Oil proof structure :
\nThe stator and the circuit base board of the fan is completely sealed with an oil proof resin. The design of blades allow sufficient clearance between the outer circumference of the blades and the inner diameter of the frame, in order to inhibit adhesion of oil mist and dust.<\/p>\n
2) IP55 waterproof :
\nThanks to the oil proof resin, the waterproofing capability is equivalent to IP55 protection grade. This fan maintains stable operation in harsh environments where the fan is exposed to direct water jets from all angles.<\/p>\n
