{"id":462831,"date":"2010-03-23T10:44:24","date_gmt":"2010-03-23T14:44:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.campaignforliberty.com\/blog.php?view=33872"},"modified":"2010-03-23T10:44:24","modified_gmt":"2010-03-23T14:44:24","slug":"regulatory-reform-bill-passed-by-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/462831","title":{"rendered":"Regulatory Reform Bill Passed By Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By Tim Shoemaker<\/p>\n<p>Last night, while most of America was still trying to understand the repercussions of the newly passed health care legislation, the Senate Banking Committee passed Dodd&#8217;s regulatory reform bill on to the full Senate by a party line vote.<\/p>\n<p>From the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2010\/03\/22\/dodd-bill-passed-by-senat_0_n_508935.html\" >Huffington Post<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>In a surprise move, the Senate Banking Committee met briefly to approve the bill 13-10, but not before Republicans jettisoned more than 300 amendments they had planned that could have put their imprint on the measure.
