IOC&#8217;s momentum is major and will surprise to the upside<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"float_left\" src=\"http:\/\/static.businessinsider.com\/image\/4ba8c45c7f8b9a2c4e570000\/shia-lebeouf.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"shia-lebeouf\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And this isn&#8217;t the first time a men&#8217;s magazine has tried to give its readers investing advice.
