Thankfully, the App Catalog has a number of options to help you do just that.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precentral.net\/app-gallery\/app-catalog\/istayfit\"><strong>iStayFit<\/strong><\/a> ($4.99 in the App Catalog) is a feature rich workout tracking application that allows you to track your progress in any number of pre-designed or user built workout routines.
