The race version <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eurocarblog.com\/tag\/sls+amg\">SLS AMG<\/a> will not have the 5.5-litre V8 twin turbo M157 developed by AMG, but rather the 6.2-litre aspirated V8 from the SLS road version. The former should appear on the S Class models with 545 and 570, while the latter for the record, has 570 hp and 650 Nm of torque.<\/p>\n<p>Significant changes to the aerodynamics have been made, including a large rear wing, front splitter and extractor. This racing SLS AMG GT3 should prove to be a real missile, and its cost could amount to 500,000 USD by the time it goes on sale in autumn this year.
