{"id":467348,"date":"2010-03-24T16:37:24","date_gmt":"2010-03-24T20:37:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/liveshots.blogs.foxnews.com\/?p=14921"},"modified":"2010-03-24T16:37:24","modified_gmt":"2010-03-24T20:37:24","slug":"dan-senor-won%e2%80%99t-challenge-gillibrand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mereja.media\/index\/467348","title":{"rendered":"Dan Senor Won\u2019t Challenge Gillibrand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dan Senor, the republican and former Bush administration official confirms today he will not run for the U.S. Senate seat currently occupied by Kathleen Gillibrand (D-NY).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0&#8220;Over the past few weeks, I took a very serious look at running for the Senate seat in New York.&#8221; Said Senor, adding, &#8220;I ultimately decided this wasn\u2019t the right time in my family and business life for me to run.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Senor would have been an interesting candidate &#8211; \u00a0well spoken, media savvy and the name recognition necessary to raise some money.<\/p>\n<p>However Senor was a highly recognizable face of the tough early years of the Iraq war.
