GoDaddy, who I believe is the largest domain registrar around, is <a href=\"http:\/\/thehill.com\/blogs\/hillicon-valley\/technology\/88843-worlds-top-domain-name-service-to-stop-offering-web-addresses-in-china\" >going to stop offering .cn domains<\/a>, after China put in place <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techdirt.com\/articles\/20100224\/0322068287.shtml\">new rules<\/a>, requiring registering with the government and providing all sorts of personal info, including a photograph and identity cards.
