Nokia will use Novarra&#8217;s mobile browser and services platform for its own low to mid range handsets, it says. The deal is expected to close in Q2, and new service offering utilizing the Novarra technology platform will be available later this year. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nokia.com\/press\/press-releases\/showpressrelease?newsid=1398313\" title=\"Details in release\">Details in release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Novarra, founded in 2000, last raised a big $50 million round in 2007, led by longtime backer JK&amp;B Capital, with Qualcomm (<a href=\"http:\/\/finance.paidcontent.org\/paidcontent?Page=QUOTE&#038;Ticker=QCOM\" class=\"ticker\" title=\"QCOM\">NSDQ: QCOM<\/a>) as a strategic.
