In an email, I asked Djou whether he&#8217;d sign the Club for Growth&#8217;s &#8220;Repeal It&#8221; pledge &#8212; he hasn&#8217;t yet &#8212; and whether, if he got to Congress, he&#8217;d co-sponsor Rep.
