She kissed a boy, and she liked it! Katy Perry is sure to be the envy of thousands of young girls, after the pop star got to plant a kiss on “Baby” crooner Justin Bieber, 16, at last night’s Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The 25-year-old singer, who was slammed with green slime as she presented an award for Favorite Movie Actress, announced on her Twitter page<\/a> that she would be sharing a green room with the Canadian cutie, who performed at the event.<\/p>\n

“Heard Justin Bieber’s gonna b here 2night, can’t wait to tap that,”<\/em> she wrote in a Tweet just hours before the ceremony.<\/p>\n

And “Tap That” she did.<\/p>\n

The \u201cI Kissed A Girl\u201d singer smooched Justin\u2019s cheek and posted a snapshot of the moment on her Twitter page Sunday — much to the chagrin of Bieber-Holics.<\/p>\n
