Many Republicans say overturning and reworking the healthcare legislation will be the central focus of the 2010 campaign.<br \/>\n  Durbin was asked about the prospects of those trying to overturn the legislation at a press conference today.  Durbin also talked about wanting to help consumers and strengthen the Consumer Protection Agency, that the &#8220;too big to fail&#8221; concept has to end.
