An Israeli company called Genesis has combined tracking technology with algorithms that generate profiles of suspects.\u00a0 These profiles based on who they call or where they call from exist independent of SIM cards and phone numbers. When the suspect suddenly breaks the pattern, like moving to a new city, the system sends out an alert.
