TMT successfully developed and delivered in February 2010 special workstation – Clip detection machine for one of main producers of interior systems in automotive industry.
\nThe station is intended for control of right assembly and presence of metal and plastic clips and labels in checked car dashboard . Dashboard (panel) is fixed in special turnable frame, which enables vertical board turning +\/-180\u00b0 for better visibility to all holes in dashboards. Lighting of dashboard is due to combination of LED light sources.
\nWorkstation is equipped with pair of industrial cameras, which are moving in swing frame above dashboard. Cameras are able to:
\n– determine dashboard variant (left, right…) and its colour shade
\n– determine shape, colour and presence of clips and others fastening elements
\n– execute control of labels
\nWorkstation is also equipped with its own control and evaluation system with PLC Siemens and touch panels, which enables to provide easy change of controlled parameters by operator or reprogramming:
\n– terminal for PLC – for adjustment of positioning modes, configuration of scene lighting and for displaying of information about status of electro equipment
\n– camera system terminal – for adjustment of task and evaluation of scene from camera
\nControl system also controls positioning of dashboard and lightening and hands information about process of testing to superordinate system of customer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
