Patriotism and nostalgia, apparently, aren&#8217;t free.  We&#8217;ve discussed this before, of course.  The value in artistic works is often in the shared culture around them &#8212; but thanks to copyright, we&#8217;re putting up a big tollbooth on any attempt to further share those experiences.
