Saute cauliflower and chili for 2 minutes. Add water and let it steam under a lid until the cauliflower is almost tender. Take off the lid and let the water vaporise. Add apples and ginger. Add soy sauce\/water and bring to a boil. Add the maizena for thickening and taste with salt\/black pepper.
