The 2011 Touareg Hybrid is destined to debut this fall at a price of about $100,000. The vehicle will also serve as a test bed for hybrid technologies that will appear in other vehicles such as the Porsche Cayenne Hybrid.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2010\/04\/01\/2011-touareg-hybrid_2_3wwvX_69.jpg\" alt=\"2011 touareg hybrid_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The Touareg Hybrid is expected to get around 21mpg in city driving and 25mpg in hybrid driving conditions. According to the company in typical driving patterns, the vehicle will produce about 40 percent less emissions.
