That doesn&#8217;t mean we&#8217;re anywhere near a resolution &#8212; remember that there&#8217;s still a federal lawsuit that alleges HTC, in its manufacturing of Android (and a handful of Windows Mobile)&nbsp;smartphones infringed on 20 of Apple&#8217;s patents.
