SHAKE &#8216;N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix<br \/>\n4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)<br \/>\n1 small  onion, chopped<br \/>\n1\/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade<br \/>\n2   tomatoes, chopped<br \/>\n2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil<br \/>\n1\/2 cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIRECTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HEAT oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>ADD Parmesan to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Coat chicken with Parmesan mixture, then bake as directed on package.<\/p>\n<p>MEANWHILE, cook onions and dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in basil.
