\"\"<\/a>Holland9, a company that specializes in low level android software development<\/a> and hardware design, has announced that they are training Tieto<\/a> to develop new Android devices. For those not familiar, Finland-based Tieto is international software development company with offices in over 25 countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe era of Android is here and it\u2019s critical that we meet this technology challenge by building up the competences of our mobile devices developers with a broad range of new skills and competencies.\u00a0 This program, together with internal training, will support Tieto\u2019s plans to roll out Android related products and services in the coming years. ,\u201d Sami Dahlman, Tieto<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Two new courses were created to deal with the training needs of Tieto as well as the overall IT service industry. It’s expected that the competencies achieved by these courses will go a long way to help develop new, innovative Android products and services.\u00a0 The graduate-level curriculum deals with integrating features like Telephony, GPS, Wi-Fi, Audio, Video, Bluetooth and Camera of Android with Linux device drivers.<\/p>\n

Previously, Holland9 was in the news<\/a> for bringing the Miniclip<\/a> game Monkey Kick Off to Android.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
