Low IV. <\/p>\n<p>\nThe result \u201cwould be financially and personally devastating\u201d for Murray, they wrote. The doctor is not treating patients in California but is actively practicing medicine in Texas and Nevada, Chernoff said. <\/p>\n<p>\nThe filing comes after the California attorney general\u2019s office asked a Los Angeles judge last month to prohibit Murray from practicing medicine until his criminal case is completed. <a href=\"http:\/\/articles.latimes.com\/2010\/mar\/22\/local\/la-me-jackson23-2010mar23\">Murray is expected to appear<\/a> in Los Angeles court on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>&#8212; Jack Leonard<\/p>\n<p><em>Photo: Conrad Murray in court.
