That&#8217;s a huge sign:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/apps\/news?pid=20601087&amp;sid=a_m4UWCu_Rrg&amp;pos=1\">Bloomberg:<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&ldquo;I would say &lsquo;pretty clear&rsquo; is a good description&rdquo; for whether the economic contraction has ended, he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Among the top indicators the group uses is payrolls, according to its Web site.
