<\/img>Erin Andrews, the ESPN reporter who last month was at the center of a Los Angeles court case involving a man who secretly videotaped her, has now been the subject of death threats, her attorney said.<\/p>\nAndrews spoke out last month about what she considered the light sentenced an L.A. federal judge handed down to a
\nChicago-area businessman who pleaded guilty to charges he\u00a0secretly shot
\nvideo of her and posted it on the Internet.<\/p>\n
Andrews said she felt Michael David Barrett
\ndeserved a harsher sentence and that she continues to be victimized
\nbecause the videos remain on the Internet.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
In court, Andrews told the judge: "He stalked me, he terrorized me
\n— this will never be over for me, and I don’t want it to ever be over
\nfor you," she said, referring to Barrett.<\/p>\n
"You are a sexual predator, a sexual deviant," she told Barrett,
\nsaying she lives in a state of fear and needs security at work and
\nhome. "They should lock you up and throw away the key."<\/p>\n

\nintent to "harass or to cause substantial emotional distress" to
\nAndrews. He admitted that he used the Internet to try to distribute his
\nvideos.<\/p>\n
\naccused of shooting videos of Andrews through peepholes in hotel rooms
\nin three states,\u00a0posting the videos on the Internet and trying to sell
\nthem to celebrity website TMZ, court records show.<\/p>\n
