I’ve loved Cowboy Bebop<\/a> for years. Watched the series here when Adult Swim<\/a> began running it on Cartoon Network, and I eagerly caught the movie in the theater when it was released. If you’ve never seen it, or just don’t like anime, you should take the time to check out Bebop. It’s a just awesome space opera with wild west American sensibilities filtered through a Japanese perspective and projected onto a late twenty-first century world of space travel and commerce within the solar system.<\/p>\n

I caught Cowboy Bebop – The Movie<\/a>\"\" again last night on DVD and remembered all over again just how great that entire world is. As a bonus, given the nanotech-centricity of this blog a lot of the time, biological nanotechnology plays a major part in the plot of the movie. Do check it out, you won’t be disappointed.<\/p>\n
