Going through a challenging time — because you took a risk in love or career – and it didn’t turn out as you wanted?<\/strong><\/p>\n Allow yourself to feel proud \u2014 for risking in the first place \u2014and thereby being fully in your life — getting to feel so many passionate feelings and thinking new\/interesting thoughts which can empower you to grow.<\/p>\n Aristotle said it well when he said:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cWe live in deeds, not years; in thoughts not breaths; in feelings, not in figures on a dial. We should count time by heart throbs. He most lives who thinks most, feels the noblest, acts the best.\u201d<\/p>\n TRANSLATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n Life has ebbs and flows. There\u2019s no such thing as endless flow. Unfortunately life can sometimes feel like ebb, ebb, ebb, brief-flash-of-flow, more ebb, ebb, ebb.<\/p>\n But every ebb always offers the opportunity to think a new thought flavor and feel a new emotion flavor!<\/p>\n The more varied the flavors of life you get to taste, the more interesting, layered, educated, self-developed, world-experienced and mightier you will be!<\/p>\n YOUR ASSIGNMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n If your feeling challenged from the challenge you took – thereby tempted to think negative thoughts — stop and ask yourself: “Are these thoughts leading me forwards to the happier life I want \u2014or backwards to making me feel negative, depressed and stuck?” Consciously choose thoughts which move you forwards!
