Here&#8217;s an excerpt from the story: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>There are plans for live entertainment, food and craft sales, Dragon Boat races and a large section for community booths. Marathon the night before the race. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Food truck drama<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/laist.com\/2010\/04\/04\/councilman_opposes_food_truck_court.php\">LAist reports <\/a>City Councilman Paul Koretz thinks food trucks belong only at construction sites: <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The dark side to the food truck craze isn&#8217;t the fact that patrons have to stand in long lines, it&#8217;s the opposition they collectively face from business owners and elected officials who believe they are eating up profits and over-asserting their place in the city&#8217;s workings. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Street art:<\/strong> Hand-painted signs that first appeared in L.A. are popping up in New York, <a href=\"http:\/\/la.curbed.com\/archives\/2010\/04\/new_street_art_will_shake_you_out_of_your_placid_urban_existence_1.php\">reports Curbed LA:<\/a>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>They&#8217;re the work of anonymous street artist (are there any other kind anymore?)
