In the morning, the President will host an Easter Prayer Breakfast at the White House. Christian leaders from across the country will join the President at this breakfast for a time of prayer, reflection, and celebration of Easter. The President will also highlight the important role that Christian organizations play in serving our country. The remarks will be pooled press. The President’s remarks at the Easter Prayer Breakfast will be streamed on www.whitehouse.gov\/live.<\/p>\n
Later, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. The President and the Vice President will then receive the Economic Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. These briefings are closed press.<\/p>\n
In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will have lunch in the Private Dining Room. This lunch is closed press.<\/p>\n
Later, the President will meet separately with senior advisors and Secretary of Defense Gates in the Oval Office. These meetings are closed press.<\/p>\n
