Well, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zillow.com\/homedetails\/5760-Royal-Castle-Ln-Las-Vegas-NV-89130\/6897169_zpid\/\">Cerda home<\/a> recently sold &#8212; for $317k. Although <a href=\"http:\/\/www.housingwatch.com\/2010\/03\/30\/extreme-makeover-home-sells-in-las-vegas\/\">this article<\/a> says they originally listed it for $330K, it clearly was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lasvegasnow.com\/Global\/story.asp?S=11489253\">listed as high as $600k<\/a> at one time.
