The FCC has no legal basis for imposing its dystopian regulatory vision under the net neutrality banner. <\/p>\n<p>\u0093Unfortunately, the Obama administration and its FCC cohorts have been relentless in pursuing their agenda without respect to the democratic process or proper legal processes.
